Transfer



Old print that I was going to use for Lino used CitraStrip on MDF for transfer. Letting set for a few bit check back in later...


After 30 minutes...

Moistened again let set for a hours..



The 2nd time around


 I made 3 prints of reversed bonsai vector that I made for copper Intaglio. Kind of made it a spread with type and taped to an old painting that I like to experiment with.  still using CitraStrip.

    Hey Caleb, looks like you got some transfer happening, but pretty light. Did you also burnish the image, or mostly let it sit? How did your bonsai turn out?

      I did burnish with a metal spoon. but may have been inkjet.... they were all really light.

    I do like your choice of images, even if they are light! I had a hard time with this assignment, too.

      thanks I dont know if it wasthe printer... using ink jet or laser. I went to Staples. I will request ink jet next time... Or just Mod Podge.
